Workplace Hearing Protection

Health and safety legislation now makes it a requirement to wear hearing protection in certain environments and the uptake of hearing protection use is rising. There are, however, still professions and individuals who continue to take risks with their hearing. All employers have a legal duty to ensure any worker exposed to noise in excess 80dB is offered hearing protection. For noise in excess of 85dB, hearing protection becomes mandatory.

Exposure to loud sounds WILL damage your hearing and lead to hearing loss and tinnitus. Prevention is always best.

Custom moulded hearing protection with digital filter will ensure your hearing is protected and enable normal conversation to occur. It is never too late to start protecting your hearing and custom made hearing protection is a comfortable, effective and safe way to do this.

Being custom made, the ear plugs will fit easily and offer the correct CE mark for safety. Lanyards attached to the plugs will help to keep them secure and, whatever industry or profession you work in, there will be a range of hearing protection that is suitable for you.

Don’t ignore this sign, act now and protect your hearing!
