How can hearing aids help me?

We pride ourselves on being able to offer a bespoke service for each client, providing continuity of care with the same audiologist and supplying the latest hearing technology as well as the expertise to ensure a correct fit. We always allocate plenty of time for appointments so that we have the time to spend with you to make sure the hearing solution is the best for you and we can usually offer appointments within a week.
We offer hearing aids from all the major manufacturers – including Oticon, Phonak, Widex, Signia and Starkey – and you are welcome to trial a pair of aids (including the custom moulded ones) for a month, free of charge and with no financial obligation or commitment, to see how you like them and if they make a difference for you. If you did go on to purchase hearing aids, the hearing assessment fee would be credited against the purchase cost. If you decided not to proceed, you can simply return the aids.
Hearing aid prices range from £2,350 to £4,800 for a pair, depending on the level of technology you require and all types of aids – behind the ear, in the ear, receiver in the canal, etc – are available in each price band. The price includes 2 years’ worth of accessories (batteries/charger, domes and filters), 2 years’ aftercare appointments with us and either 2 or 5 years’ manufacturer’s warranties, depending on the brand of hearing aid purchased.
Our care for you and your ears doesn’t stop after the initial fitting. We recall you every year to retest your hearing and reset your hearing aids so that you know your hearing aids are always delivering the best sound for you. In the unlikely event your aids need repairing and we can’t manage it in house, we offer loan aids so that you are never left without hearing provision should your aids require servicing or repair.

Hearing aids come in many different styles and designs, from invisible and discrete to statement and stylish.
They can be battery operated or rechargeable.
