The Widex Moment CIC is a discrete hearing aid that sits in your ear rather than behind it. This is the only Completely In the Canal (CIC) hearing aid available to us from any manufacturer, that contains the most up to date processing platform.

Widex have pulled their new Moment platform across into their custom hearing aid products as well as their behind the ear styles and they are the only manufacturer to have done this.

This means that there is no need to compromise on technology for style.

Widex Moment over comes the delay based distortion that can occur with other older hearing aid platforms. The speed of processing the sound and delivering it to your ear has been reduced to less than one millisecond resulting in no perceptible delay to the sound you hear and with that comes the feature Puresound which delivers a very natural sound experience.

Unfortunately whilst this is a great hearing aid from a technology point of view, it is still reliant on batteries and is not yet available in a rechargeable version. At Lakeland Hearing, all hearing aids come with a two year hearing care package. This includes your appointments for two years as well as two years of cleaning accessories and a two year supply of batteries to get you going!

The Tonelink App has been designed for both Apple and Android smart phones so connectivity via the app is on offer across the board. The App can allow users to alter the volume, change program or change the directional focus of the hearing aids which can allow users to really select the best options regardless of what listening environment they find themselves in.
